Die "Regenbogen-Brücke" spannt sich über die Bundesstraße 1 (Rheinlanddamm), in Höhe Universität und  Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz (DASA), die im Jahre 2000 als EXPO-Außenstandort besucht wird. Fußgänger und Radfahrer erleben den nächtlichen Regenbogen. Das Foto oben gibt einen ungefähren Eindruck davon.
